Im still relearning everything about the whole beauty care thing and a special cucumber lotion is actually a toner. This is what I knew as a toner as a kid! This is a really pretty yellow color with a nice fresh scent - Im not really getting a cucumber scent but definitely fresh! Its super easy to apply, I just squirted some on a cotton ball and wiped it over my face. I love how tingly it feels on my skin. Using this after the foaming cleanser left me feeling very refreshed.
