Shipping did take a bit longer than expected, and bottles seem less generous than similar products, but Im hoping that less required product lengthens the lifespan of each bottle.

Dirty bottle, missing cap, horrible service
Dirty and missing cap. Pickup customer service barely said words, were unhelpful in the very short time I needed assistance picking up order, and the final order was a dirty bottle with a missing cap, possibly used. No wonder Macys is a struggling business.
